Calibrated Leak Standards (Leak Orifices)

The common purpose of a calibrated leak standard (leak orifice) is to calibrate a leak test program or simulate the characteristics of a “leaking or failed” part condition.

At LeakMaster we manufacture and recertify thousands of air flow leak standards annually for a wide range of industries. 
 
Each leak standard is meticulously manufactured to a specific leak or flow rate at a predetermined pressure and can be adapted to a range of quick-connect or threaded fittings. 

Air Flow Leak Standard Specifications:

•  +/- 1.5% Uncertainty of stated flow rate or .1 sccm (whichever is greater)
• Pressure Ranges from -14 to 150 PSIG
• Flow Rates from 0.5 to 100,000 sccm
• Stainless Steel and Aluminum Construction
