Air Decay Leak Testing

An air decay leak test is a non-destructive method that pressurizes a component with compressed air and monitors pressure loss over time. After the part reaches the target pressure, the system isolates it from the air supply. Sensors then measure pressure changes during the test period. If the pressure drops beyond a predefined limit, the component fails the leak test.
