Absolute Pressure Decay

Absolute pressure decay is a leak testing method that measures the pressure drop inside a sealed component over a defined time period. The part is pressurized with air or gas and isolated from the supply source. A high-precision sensor tracks pressure loss, which indicates whether gas is escaping from the part. This method is widely used for non-destructive testing of sealed components in manufacturing.
