Fill Phase

The fill phase is the portion of a leak test cycle when the component is pressurized with air or gas. The system introduces the test medium until the desired pressure level is reached. Once the target pressure stabilizes, the test proceeds to the measurement stage. Proper fill control contributes to repeatable test results.
