The UltraFlow V3 is the world’s best-performing pressure decay and mass flow combination leak tester. Designed specifically for speed, repeatability, and ease of use, this leak test unit can be used for applications ranging from identifying micro-leaks to measuring large flow rates.

As our flagship UltraFlow model, the V3 is designed with our patented B-Stable pneumatic system and a high-speed processor to deliver excellent performance. This powerful combination of hardware and software allows the instrument to test at the fastest rates while eliminating false rejects commonly associated with other technologies. Optional Ethernet/IP or Profinet communications modules allow for seamless integration with PLC control systems, eliminating I/O wiring, reducing startup time, and lowering hardware cost.

The UltraFlow V3 is considered a “combo leak tester” because it combines two distinct testing capabilities into a single device.

Pressure Decay Mode

In pressure decay mode, the UltraFlow V3 measures any pressure lost over time and can detect even the smallest leaks. This is a non-destructive testing method with high sensitivity, versatility, and quantitative results. This mode is ideal for sealed or low-flow components that require high accuracy, offering excellent repeatability and fast response times.

Mass Flow Mode

Mass flow testing mode is used to measure the actual leak rate directly. Like pressure decay mode, mass flow mode is non-destructive and relatively fast. The UltraFlow V3 enables high-speed flow measurement to determine the amount of replacement air required to maintain pressure.
