With the UltraFlow V3-RT (remote touchscreen) enclosure, we've taken modularity to the next level. With the RT, the HMI is mounted in a user-friendly location for programming and visual pass/fail status, while the instrumentation enclosure can be tucked in a convenient location.

From a performance perspective, the UltraFlow V3-RT utilizes our patented B-Stable pneumatic design and high speed processor. This powerful combination of hardware and software allows the instrument to test at a faster rate, while eliminating "false rejects" commonly associated with other technologies and is ideal for quickly testing large assemblies and flexible plastic parts, yet versatile enough to test small medical devices as well. Optional Ethernet IP® or Profinet® communications allow for seamless integration into PLC controls systems, eliminating excessive I/O wiring, reducing startup time and hardware cost. Also providing the user the ability to capture valuable leak rate & process data, critical for today’s production environment. For ultimate control, the leak tester can also receive unique test recipes via our exclusive Slave Mode as well.
