Cavity Leak Test

A cavity leak test evaluates the integrity of an enclosed internal chamber within a component. The cavity is pressurized or evacuated depending on the testing method used. Sensors monitor pressure behavior to determine if gas escapes from the sealed space. This type of test is common for housings, containers, and multi-chamber components.
