LeakMaster's Mass Flow leak testers utilize a proprietary mass flow sensor that works in many ways the same as pressure decay.  But unlike Pressure Decay leak testing where you are measuring the amount of air that is lost over time, with Mass Flow leak testing you are measuring the amount of replacement air that is applied to the tested product once it has been pressurized.  This amount of replacement air over time is deemed as air that has escaped from the tested part (i.e. amount of leakage).  Mass Flow leak testing can be used for small to large parts determined by size or cycle time.
