The LeakMaster test system is specifically designed for plug-and-play capabilities into today’s industrial machinery.  User-friendly connectivity is a feature that sometimes does not show its full value.  Through LeakMaster’s leak test analyzers and leak test integration we have developed what is viewed as the most versatile communication platform on the market.  In addition to the standard USB port for a flash drive to store test results as well as test parameters, this may also be used for printer integration as well as bar code reader integration. 
 
The LeakMaster series tester also comes standard with RJ45 Ethernet TCP/IP part for communicating with PLC processors and PC data collection systems (FTP Server/client, Sequel Server, etc).   To simplify integration if the customer should choose they can simply specify which PLC protocol to use.  When
the leak tester arrives it will be preset to automatically transmit all start/stop, pass-fail and leak test data into the customer PLC registers.  This eliminates cumbersome and time consuming I/O wiring.  Through this feature no user programming is necessary.
