• Specific team member roles are defined.  
• Confirmation of order and initial timelines are released to customer.  
• The project manager begins to interface with the customer on information needed for the specific application. 
• Acceptance for mechanical, pneumatic and controls portions, each may have their own respective design reviews. 
• At predetermined milestones project timelines are delivered to the customer. 
• LeakMaster has developed it’s own internal acceptance criteria; all machines must pass rigorous testing before customer run off. 
• After successful completion at run off, LeakMaster specializes in expert in-house installation.
